These one-bedroom studio apartments are architect designed to meet the needs of the frail aged.  Each apartment has a comfortable living area, kitchenette, bedroom area with ensuite and a private terrace accessed through glazed patio doors.  The interest free entry contribution ranges from $110,000 to $160,000.  The deferred management levy is calculated on a daily basis; there is a minimum levy period of one year with a maximum levy period capped at six years.  A weekly accommodation fee is payable to cover maintenance costs, 24 hour emergency call service; provision of all meals; assistance with weekly laundry and cleaning; assistance with personal care if required; access to a range of community activities and shared facilities: assistance with accessing external supports and future care if required: rates and charges associated with the property, insurance; maintenance; landscape and grounds.
